What You’ll Do

As a DevOps Systems Administrator, you will:

  • Perform systems administration on server systems across local and wide area networks, ensuring reliable and secure operation.
  • Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, resolving technical challenges to maintain optimal performance.
  • Manage infrastructure and processes to support scalability, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: BA/BS degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Clearance: TS/SCI clearance.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) environments.
    • Experience configuring and managing Linux operating systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Certifications: Active Security+ certification.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile software development environments.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and code optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of Ruby and/or Python for scripting and automation.
  • Experience with container tools like Docker or similar technologies.
