We are expanding our team to include a talented Front-End Developer who will play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver high-end sponsored content and innovative cause marketing experiences.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Front-End Developer to join our advertising division. This mid-level role will focus on building and maintaining custom, high-quality sponsored content for our top advertisers while taking the lead on the development of our new cause marketing platform. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will partner with the product team, advertising team, and advertiser partners to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sponsored Content Development: Design and implement visually engaging and interactive content pieces for our top advertisers.
  • Cause Marketing Platform: Lead the development of the front-end for a new digital environment that showcases the charitable work of businesses across Minnesota.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product management, advertising sales, and external advertiser partners, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay current with front-end development trends and technologies to ensure our platforms remain cutting-edge and user-friendly.
  • Optimization: Ensure all content is responsive, performant, and adheres to accessibility standards.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Next.js, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in front-end development, preferably in a fast-paced or client-focused environment.
  • Design Sensibility: Strong eye for design and attention to detail, with the ability to translate creative concepts into functional web experiences.
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
