Infosys is seeking a React Native Lead Developer. In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4+ years of experience with Information Technology
- At least 4 years of experience in React Native
Preferred
- 6+ year’s overall experience in mobile app based front-end development in native and cross-platform mobile technologies
- Min 4+ years of experience in React Native based cross-platform mobile application development for both iOS and Android
- Expertise in React Native components, libraries, framework upgrades, routing, SDK, Dev Tools, debugging and native modules
- Ability to define cross-platform mobile app solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility
- Experience in mobile application technical design, packaging, and deployment
- Experience in mobile app performance testing, tools and mobile security
- Experience in integrating complex mobile front-end pages with back-end APIs/microservices
- Experience directly working on teams with DevOps responsibilities
- Proficient in performing peer technical code reviews and pair programming activities
- Knowledgeable with version control systems (GitHub) and issue tracking (Jira)
- Ability to lead the team and take bottom-line responsibility of work delivered by the team
- Ability to communicate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and with Clients
- Experience in leading onsite/offshore teams
- Proven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-facing
- Experience with Agile/Scrum ways of working

In Washington, DC: $66100 to $100200
