As a Senior Development Operations (DevOps) Engineer on the Platform Operations team, you are responsible for the design, development, testing, and delivery of functioning software. You are able to use technology to plan, analyze, implement high level business requirements defining and meeting target completion dates (i.e., complete an Epic). Moreover, as a Platform Operations team member, you are responsible and accountable for tool stewardship for a portfolio developer tools.Β Tool stewardship includes managing environments, license usage, security vulnerability remediation, and upgrades.Β Environments are AWS, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and a data center in that order of importance and workload.
As a member of a self-organizing Scrum team, you partner with the Product Owner (PO), Scrum Lead (SL), and software development teams that utilize Platform Operations products.Β You are responsible and accountable for ensuring the level 1 (L1) technical help desk and level 2 operations support teams meet their service level agreements (SLAs).Β The Senior DevOps Engineer works with everyone in the organization to plan and create value.Β In this role, you will mentor less-experienced team members.Β The Senior DevOps Engineer applies principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, mathematical analysis, and systems.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capitalβs annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
