LEIDIT is seeking a ServiceNow Front-End Developer with a minimum of six (6) years of overall IT experience to be a part of a team supporting our clients in their business transformation journey using ServiceNow. You will join a growing team where you can leverage your UI/UX experience to deliver on existing engagements and to engage with other skilled ServiceNow colleagues to advance our corporate ServiceNow expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and Developers
  • Create an intuitive user experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Illustrate design ideas using mockups, diagrams, and sitemaps
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes to showcase design and simulate the user journey
  • Design graphic user interface elements, including navigation menus, UI components and data visualizations
  • Track emerging trends in the digital interface landscape, recommending new opportunities to ensure continuous improvement
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that design specifications are implemented
  • Promote best practices in UI, UX, and interactive design
  • Test design concepts with customers and conduct usability studies, interview sessions

Basic Qualifications (Required)

  • 3 years of experience in ServiceNow including portal development.
  • 6+ years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients, including interactive wireframes, user flows, style guides, presentations or complex web and/or mobile prototypes.
  • This position requires the ability to fulfill a public trust security clearance
  • Experience in conducting user requirements gathering meetings to drive discovery and presenting design prototypes to client stakeholders.
  • An online portfolio or samples of work showcasing great visuals desired
  • Good communication skills and an ability to gather requirements from various stakeholders
  • Being able to develop ideas cross platforms responsive designs (Mobile, web-based, desktop)
  • Experience in UI/UX Design tools like Figma
  • Advanced Knowledge of HTML, CSS, REACT, JavaScript, Angular JS
  • This is a fully remote position but we are seeking someone based in the EST time zone
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills to interact and present to executive leaders, and effectively drive organizational projects and initiatives.
