The Opportunity
The global corporate credit markets are among the largest capital markets in the world and growing at a rapid pace: the market was valued at $17.6 trillion in 2021 and is projected to reach $47.2 trillion by 2031. Corporate debt transactions are complex. Critical, nuanced legal terms are woven into lengthy documents. These documents must be digested and analyzed by many different parties over the course of a single transaction. This fundamental need plus a booming market drives enormous demand for precise extraction and benchmarking of legal terms.
