Job Title: Full Stack Engineer – Contractor (6-8 Months)

We are currently looking for Full Stack Engineers to join our team for a 6-8 month contract, contributing to projects critical to our Contact Center and HR applications that support core customer servicing and internal operations.

About the Role:
We have three immediate openings on our Full Stack Engineering team: two Engineer I roles and one Engineer II role. These positions are instrumental in driving enhancements and maintaining our critical applications. As a part of our team, you will work in a collaborative environment where you’ll engage in the full software development lifecycle, help design scalable solutions, troubleshoot production systems, and, for senior engineers, mentor junior team members.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain production systems to ensure stability.
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and, for Engineer II, provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end solutions, primarily using Angular and C#.
• Contribute to system architecture and design to achieve optimal performance and scalability.

Work Environment:

• Occasional on-call rotation to support our 24/7 production systems.
• Fully Remote

What You’ll Bring:

• Engineer I Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency or developing skills in Angular, TypeScript, and C#.
  • Basic experience with distributed systems.
  • Some understanding of T-SQL and relational databases.
  • Ability to contribute to code development, assist with troubleshooting, and manage defined tasks.

• Engineer II Requirements:

  • 3-6+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, C#, and .NET frameworks.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and object-oriented programming languages like .NET, Java, or C++.
  • Basic knowledge of T-SQL and relational databases.
  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks, collaborate on larger projects, and provide code review feedback.

Preferred Qualifications for Both Levels:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architectures, multi-tier distributed systems, and MVC frameworks.
• Familiarity with OAuth, Adobe Analytics, Kafka, or cloud platforms like Azure and AWS (preferred, not required).
