Job Description

Mandatory Technical Skills :

Responsible for building plans for Infrastructure related projects and coordinating the
dependencies between multiple development teams

• Managing cross-functional interdependencies

• Experience in installing & configuring Oracle WebLogic 12.2.1

• Automation experience with Ansible.

• Working experience in Unix systems.

• Experience in managing large environments.

  Desirable Technical Skills :

• Heavily involved with setting up recurring status meetings, facilitating planning
  meetings and daily standups

• This role involves anticipating issues and acting proactively to address potential
  issues

• Speaking to details of the project to both the leadership and technical teams from
  beginning to end of all projects

• Utilizing organizational resources appropriately

• Providing risk management and issue / problem resolution as required

  Mandatory Functional Skills :

• Pragmatic, personable with very clear and efficient communication style

• Strong technology background (requirements, development, application management,
  maintenance, operations, migrations, upgrades, etc)

• Demonstrate proven Project Management skills and the ability to drive large, complex
  projects in a multi-department portfolio, knowing when to escalate and seek
  guidance.

• Have strong communication, presentation and cost management skills.

• Professional experience working in multiple IT-related roles, including some type of
  infrastructure support

• Professional experience working with Infrastructure teams

• Professional experience working with multiple teams

• Professional experience working with large program implementations requiring Infrastructure
  deliverables

  Total Experience Required : 5+ years
