Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong technical background to join our team. An experienced JAVA Developer , need to have experience in Java 8 withย  banking background and other relevant technologies, along with exposure to Strong backend Tools development. This role requires excellent communication and soft skills.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA isย $115k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Need Lead Developer with Design, develop, and maintain high-quality banking applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

You are:

  • Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
  • In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
  • Experience with banking systems and financial services domain.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
