Senior Full Stack Engineer/ Developer

Overview

The Senior Full-Stack Developer has a passion and superior skillset for building scalable, user-centric web applications. This person is responsible for bringing deep expertise in modern front-end technologies and a strong foundation in back-end development. This role focuses on delivering exceptional front-end solutions, and familiarity with Python for back-end development is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications with a focus on seamless user experiences.
• Lead front-end architecture design, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality features.
• Build and maintain reusable code, libraries, and frameworks for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Experience consuming and developing APIs, leveraging Python-based frameworks (e.g., FastAPI) when applicable.
• Drive code quality, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Stay current with emerging trends in front-end technologies and web development standards.

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a demonstrated specialty in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS), and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Python and related back-end frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) is highly preferred.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party API integrations.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
