The Role: We're seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to spearhead large, complex software solution sales primarily for DevOps and engineering groups. This position offers the rare opportunity to significantly impact a rapidly evolving field, working with industry leaders in the automotive, manufacturing, and financial services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute complex, high-value software solution sales
  • Develop and expand strategic relationships with C-level executives
  • Navigate the entire sales lifecycle for multi-million dollar deals
  • Leverage deep expertise in cloud technologies and DevOps practices
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, DevOps, or software sales
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets with large, complex deals
  • Deep understanding of DevOps, application delivery, and release orchestration
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or Sandler methodologies
  • Strong relationships and industry knowledge in automotive, manufacturing, or financial services
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to build and execute long-term account plans
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating complex technical concepts
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and modern sales tools

Distinguishing Factors:

  • Experience with open-source technologies in enterprise contexts
  • Knowledge of continuous security and compliance in software development
  • Understanding of end-to-end visibility and analytics in software delivery
