Overview

Our client, a top energy infrastructure company, is seeking a talented Webflow Designer & Front-End Developer for a six-month contract with the potential for extension. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact digital projects. As a key member of the project team, you’ll work alongside the Manager of Brand, Web & Creative to design and develop multiple websites that elevate the company’s online presence. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design, extensive Webflow experience, and solid front-end development skills to create a modern, engaging, and user-friendly web experience.

This is a remote opportunity, however local candidates able to go in for design sessions will be given preference. This contract role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact web project in a collaborative, innovative environment. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, visually compelling websites in Webflow.
  • Transform wireframes, brand guidelines, and creative concepts into polished, interactive web experiences.
  • Build scalable design systems to maintain consistency across multiple projects.
  • Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine UI/UX and enhance usability.
  • Implement animations, interactions, and front-end functionality as needed.
  • Develop transitional documents and training materials to ensure smooth handoff at the end of the contract.

Qualifications

  • Expert-level experience with Webflow (portfolio required).
  • Experience with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator are a must
  • Strong UI/UX design skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Experience working within brand systems and design frameworks.
  • Understanding of accessibility best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within project deadlines.
  • Energy and/or Utility industry experience is a plus
